Ain't no rest for the righteous

Wow! What a week!
Highlights of the week!!!
1. PAOLA GOT BAPTIZED!!!!!
2. Exchanges
3. Lesson pass off
4. Transfers
5. Conference!!
So Paola got baptized!!! It was amazing. She had the biggest smile on her face as she was baptized. She is already doing more missionary work than I am and inviting everyone she knows to hear the gospel. She gets confirmed this sunday so we are all eagerly waiting to go to church!
Exchanges! I went to west University for exchanges. I literally spent the day at a dog park. I was in heaven!!! We walked the neighbors dog and went to a dog park! I was playing with this cute little black puppy pug and I was like oops sorry I'm here playing with this random dog is that allowed? And this dude is like yeah you're good! Thats my dog. I asked him what his name was and he said Batman! It was a dope dog. The dog park was amazing. There were so many dogs there and it was a great opportunity to talk with the dog owners.
So lesson pass offs are where the people in training all get together and teach eachother to help become better missionaries so with me training hna eagar, we had to go. Since I was a trainer, I had trainees come and teach me the gospel. Lunch was my favorite part because we put all the tables together and had a huge long line of tables and ate lunch together! It was so much fun to get to known people.
Transfers!
Yep this week was transfers. I'm still in the same place..... going on my 4th transfer here in Houston.
It anyone wants to talk or anything I'm here!!
Oh I forgot so our neighbors got a dog and his name is Bheema (bee-muh) he is a little polar bear! He it sooo cuddly and fun to play with. The only bad thing is that he loves to bite. He doesnt have any teeth... yet. He will randomly be running around the yard and we will watch him and then he will run up to my ankles and naw on them. It's very confusing. He is a weird dog but I love him.
Conference!!
Wow it was so good! My favorite talk was by Elder Scott B Whiting. He talked about what efforts are we willing to give. This hit home because as a missionary in quarantine it's hard to keep moral up as we give tons of effort and like no results but that's ok! He talked about talking things one step at a time and overtime a little becomes alot. So everyday I take that one step, then I take another and by the time I've taken so many steps it's the end of the day or week or even transfer and I can see my progress and how far I have come!
I really am so great for this gospel and the joy it brings me. I know this church is true and that the Restored gospel of jesus christ is here on the earth today. I am grateful for a living prophet and apostles.
I hope you are all doing well!
