November 30, 2020 The span of everything that Im about to write takes place in about 24 hours. Thanksgiving! we had an awesome thanksgiving potluck feast thing as a district! Hna Christensen and I made 3 pumpkin pies! we actually made the dough and the filling! Bishop also gave us a huge thanksgiving meal to take home. which included shrimp, turkey, lots of stuffing, and mashed potatoes oh and homemade icecream! Paola ALSO gave us an unholy amount of food for thanksgiving as well! so in all we got three Thanksgiving meals and I am so glad that we cant eat with people because that would've been sooo hard to eat all that food. On the way to Paolas house to pick up food there was a car behind us swerving! we were freaking out because we thought he was a drunk driver and he was swerving aaaaallll over the place and almost hit us a couple times. November 23, 2020 Well we were at the japanese gardens cleaning the koi fish ponds. We needed to get to a certain area of the pond but it was blocked off by huge hedges and the only way to get there was to climb over the bridge and jump down. I was volunteered! So I climb the side of the bridge and when I was about to hop down my foot got tangled on the vines that were growing on the bridge and those vines took me down haha. Luckily I'm pretty agile and caught myself and that the ground was very close but I was in a handstand position with my foot caught in a vine waving it around trying to get the vine off. Barbara was like "if that was me I would've fallen in the pond face first!" We were all dying laughing at me sorta hanging upside down by a vine. Fun time fun time. November 16, 2020 Well..... I did something new this week. I went to an abandoned graveyard and searched for buried graves :) we are working with a Baptist church to restore an abandoned graveyard! There are about 200 visible headstones but about 4000 people buried there! So we spent 4 hours poking sticks in the ground digging for graves! The only thing I found was a toilet :( I'm not kidding. I dug up a toilet.) We went on the train this week! Finally after 4 transfers we went on the Hermann park train! It's just a little train that goes around the park but it's about a 20 minute train ride. It was dope. We also cleaned the train too before it opened up and we rode on it. While we were cleaning it they were blasting 80s music and hna eagar and I were going hard just dancing and singing along. We went to something call Interfaith Ministries for Great Houston (IMGH) it makes and gives meals for those who cant afford a lot. We did something called ani-meals and we scoop...

November 9, 2020 Here's a funny story for everyone. So on Tuesday we had exchanges! Sister Nilson came to my area and we had a blast! So end of the day comes we are ready for bed and I'm turning off all the lights and making sure the doors are locked, the normal stuff. So the light switches in our house are weird and to turn off the main living room light, once you turn it off you have to walk all the way across the room in the dark to get to the bedroom so I turn off the light and I turn the corner walking through the living room to get to our bedroom and sister nilson appears out of the shadows and shouts DONT!... she was going to say Dont scream but she got to the dont part and I started screaming. Like bloody murder screaming because she scared me sooo bad. So I ran back across the living room and turned on the lights and we were both dying laughing from how bad we scared eachother. I wasn't scared of the dark before but I sure am now! Hahah it's been a couple day...

Nov 2, 2020 Serious question... how do you fake your death? Well our friend ephino did not tell us the answer. Hna Eagar and I were walking around a park just talking to people and stopped and talked to a man named Ephino (I think that's his name, not sure) and he started going off how he doesnt have papers to be here in america and me being me was "GOOD NEWS you dont need papers to talk to god or come to church!" Lol he was like true I dont. But idk what happened afterwards but he started going off how he isn't legal in america or mexico and I asked if he was from mexico and he said yes but not anymore. He started telling us that he faked his death in mexico and he is legally dead there and he moved to america 27 years ago and now he wants to move back to mexico and be legal again. Idk how that works but boy was I sooo confused the entire time. Then he sang us a song he wrote that he heard an angel whisper in his ear while he was asleep. Over 10/10 great guy and...
