I'm a professional
January 25, 2021
Another week come and gone!
This week we went to a lady named Heidi's house and we helped her with her yard! When I saw we helped her with her yard.... we did some work on it. *photos below* we pulled tons of weeds, carried huge rocks and laid down mulch. We got very dirty and it was a lot of work but the yard looks great! The quote of the day from that experience was "hey we aren't professionals but we're free." She loved how her yard turned out and now she is telling everyone that we are her professional sisters in christ yard people.
We had exchanges this week and Sister smith came to my area! We explored Cullinan park and got attacked by ducks. We had a blast that day sadly we didn’t see any alligators at the park *cullinan park is known for having alligators at it*
A member made us breakfast and it was amazing! She made us pancakes, bacon, and scrambled eggs. Best breakfast I have had in a long time. I can easily make those things I'm just lazy
Our friend Luis is interested in learning more about the gospel so we started having study groups with him and he invited his friend Silvana to join too! It's been slow telling them about everything but it's been really good so far!
This week was chill and nothing huge happened. It was just a normal week
I hope everyone is doing well! Don’t forget to take time to smell the roses! God has given us so much and we need to stop and thank him for it! Everyday is a new day to look on the bright side of things and be grateful for all that we have. I'm so thankful that I get to share this gospel with the people of Sugarland!
